About the Role As part of the Founder’s Office, you will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of the PGP– a flagship program designed to redefine what modern business education looks like. This is a high-impact role within the Founder’s Office, where you'll work closely with the leadership team to enhance learner experience, drive instructional excellence, establish career outcomes, and build a learner-first culture. This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape the future of business education and be part of a category-defining company in its early years. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute the end-to-end learner journey, including curriculum, delivery formats, and program milestones. • Build a high-engagement learning environment through cohort-based activities, mentoring, and live sessions. • Track and improve learner KPIs across skill development, engagement, completion, satisfaction and placement metrics. • Collaborate with industry experts to ensure curriculum stays practical and market-relevant. • Build and manage relationships with recruiters and industry partners to ensure strong live projects and industry interactions. Skills, Qualifications and Experience • Graduate or Postgraduate with 2-4 yrs of experience (Tier I college like IIT/ IIM/ FMS/ XLRI/ MDI/ IIFT etc preferred). • High learner empathy and passion for building outcomes-driven education. • Demonstrated experience of high ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and customer empathy. • Intellectual integrity, a desire to learn, a drive for excellence and the ability to collaborate.
