Job Description

We are an early-stage product company that aims to help customers Drive Growth through data. We are building a platform to monitor metrics and automate the generation of actionable insights for growth enterprises empowering them to take proactive decisions. We have secured funding from SF-based investors, SV Quad, and Inventus. Our founding team is from Google, eBay Paypal, and alumni from Stanford, Berkeley, and Booth. Our HQ is in the San Francisco Bay Area with a satellite office in Pune, India. THE ROLE Our values help us make decisions that determine how we achieve our goals. Our ideal candidate is someone who is very hands-on and passionate about solving problems and displays a strong sense of curiosity and ownership toward their work. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the CEO in tracking and managing projects, WBRs and OKRs, ensuring deadlines are met. Align on action items and follow up on priorities action items Assist in executing CEO tasks with Sales Investors threads Follow ups List Building Sending LinkedIn Connection requests Submissions: Listings, Conferences, etc, Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed. Support the CEO in tracking and managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Align on action items and follow up on priorities action items Keep the CEO accountable on tasks schedules, calendar, and appointments, ensuring optimal time management. Help with recruitment and managing hiring pipeline and candidate interviews Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses. Perform general office management tasks to ensure a smooth workflow. Anticipate the CEOs needs and proactively address them. Marketing Tasks Collaborate with the marketing team to support various marketing initiatives. Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and campaigns. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment Excellence in structured thinking with superior analytical capabilities (quantitative and qualitative) Ownership and Curiosity are must have for success. Self-starter and should be able to deal with ambiguity and drive progress Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges Ability to communicate clearly and simply with mid-level and senior audiences. Strong influencing skills Comfort in reaching out and organizing cross-functional collaboration in a highly matrixed environment Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS BS/BA degree required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred Project and people management experience required Industry experience in commerce/ retail, consumer goods or internet services a plus
