Founder's Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a high-agency Founder's Associate to work directly with the Founder on projects across operations, digital marketing, sales channels, and more. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of building and scaling a business while driving projects that have a direct impact on growth.

Who You Are

• 13 years of experience in e-commerce / consumer brands or analytics-focused roles.
• Strong with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Exposure to digital ads (Meta, Google, or other ad platforms).
• Strong in logical reasoning and problem-solving.
• Hands-on, fast learner, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects.
• Pull, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
• Support in managing and scaling sales channels, operations, and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with a fully remote, international team of 7+ nationalities.
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution.
• Prepare reports and insights to guide decision-making.
