Designation – Founder Date of Joining – 30 th June 2025 Vertical –IT Company - Salesgain360 CTC – Revenue Share + 20% Equity (Phase-wise disbursement) Location - Bangalore Background Salesgain360 is a business vertical of Bluven Consulting , We2Grow, and Shogun Capital focused on driving business growth through technology, procurement, and real estate solutions. SG360 operates across 4 key verticals: IT (360): Helping SMES and enterprises implement ERP/CRM, AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, and low-code/no-code solutions. Procurement: Offering end-to-end IT procurement and services/ Industrial procurement, and Procurement consulting through a network of 100+ vendors and 30+ service companies. Commercial Real Estate: Specialising in land parcels (buy/sell), project financing, and JV/JD consulting. Growth – Helping Companies with vendor sourcing, staffing and Payment solutions. About the Profile We are looking for someone who would lead the IT Vertical in terms of P&L, operations, planning and scaling. An Ideal candidate should possess below skills/ values Must-Have: 1. Strategic Leadership & Vision: Proven ability to define and execute digital transformation strategies for enterprises, SMEs, and startups. 2. Sales & Business Development: Strong track record in bringing in sales and revenue generation. Proven experience in engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers. 3. Client & Vendor Management: Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery. Ability to oversee and coordinate outsourced vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 4. Technology & Digital Expertise: Strong technical understanding of ERP, CRM, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. Hands-on experience in implementing AI-driven digital solutions for businesses. Good to Have: Ø Exposure to Low-Code/No-Code platforms for rapid solution development. Ø Experience in AI-powered automation and optimization. Ø Familiar with emerging technologies in enterprise applications. Ø Understanding of digital transformation trends across manufacturing, retail, BFSI, healthcare, and the public sector. Ø Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in digital transformation projects. Ø Experience in change management and digital adoption strategies. What’s in it for You?
