Job Title: Junior Sales Executive – UPVC & Aluminium Windows Location:Mohali & Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years Industry: Building Materials / Construction / Home Improvement Reports To: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Head Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UPVC and Aluminium Windows division. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and closing sales in the Mohali and Chandigarh region. Key Responsibilities:  Identify and approach potential clients including homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers.  Conduct site visits and product demonstrations.  Prepare and deliver quotations, technical information, and product specifications.  Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.  Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.  Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.  Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.  Stay updated on product developments, competitor activity, and market trends. Key Skills and Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).  0–2 years of sales experience; experience in construction/building materials industry is a plus.  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Self-motivated and target-oriented.  Good knowledge of the Mohali and Chandigarh geography and local market.  Basic understanding of UPVC and aluminium window products (training will be provided).  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).  Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
