Role & responsibilities Develop and design electronic circuits (analog, digital, or mixed-signal) for products or systems. Develop embedded hardware solutions in collaboration with firmware engineers. Design power supply and signal conditioning circuits. Prototyping, Testing & VNA Testing. Build and test prototypes for functional verification. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of hardware designs. Conduct electrical and environmental testing. Preferred candidate profile The Development Electronics / Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, VNA Testing and implementing electronic systems and electrical solutions for new or existing products. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, software, production, and testing) to ensure reliable and efficient electronic designs from concept to production & lead the new export projects
Lead and coordinate customer audits from OEM clients. Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality standards and documentation Prepare and maintain audit-related records, CAPA reports, and inspection protocols Collaborate with internal departments to ensure readiness for audits Address non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions Maintain QMS documentation as per IATF 16949 / ISO standards Experience in handling supplier quality and internal audits Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA, preferably in auto components manufacturing Hands-on experience with customer audits, especially with OEMs like Eicher, Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, VDA etc. Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards Good communication skills in English Hindi & Marathi (preferred)
