Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Execution & Quality Assurance: Oversee execution of finishing works, including flooring, wall cladding, false ceiling, painting, and glasswork as per GFC drawings. Ensure quality of materials and workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards. Inspection & Issue Resolution: Inspect all finishing elements such as wall finishes, flooring, ceilings, doors, and windows, resolving any defects or issues. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors for finishing works like plastering, tiling, painting, carpentry, and ceiling installation. Site Monitoring & Problem-Solving: Actively monitor the progress of finishing works, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions. Provide technical guidance to subcontractors on complex finishing techniques and material applications. Coordination & Integration: Collaborate with structural, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure smooth integration of interior finishes with the overall building systems. Maintain proper communication between site teams and project management for efficient workflow and issue resolution.
