Foreman

• Team leadership and management: Supervise, train, and direct a team of mechanics, and schedule their daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Project oversight: Oversee mechanical project activities from installation to maintenance and repair, ensuring work is completed on time and to specifications.
• Equipment and material management: Inspect equipment, manage the use of materials, and maintain records of repairs, parts used, and equipment inventories.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge.
• Communication and reporting: Act as a liaison between the crew and management, communicating project progress, costs, and issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
