We are a multinational footwear manufacturing company seeking an experienced Human Resource Supervisor to manage recruitment processes and oversee HR operations in our NEW footwear manufacturing facility in Ulundurpet, Tamil Nadu. Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Monitor and manage employee attendance records and systems. Calculate and oversee payroll attendance, leave tracking, and maintain accurate records. Prepare and analyze periodic HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, and workforce planning. Handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields. Minimum 5 years HR experience in manufacturing, preferably in the footwear sector. Proficient in Tamil and English. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
