Food Technology Sales Professional Targeting IT Heads (QSR / Café / Retail & Foodservice)


Professional Background


8–12 years

  • Food & Beverage Sector Experience

  • Prior roles in

    QSR, café, hospitality, or packaged food sales (e.g., working across brands such as Haldiram’s, Wow! Momo, Domino’s, Subway, Rebel Foods, Barista, Bikanervala, or KFC franchisee groups).
  • Knowledge of menu engineering, food operations, cold chain, and supply logistics to converse credibly with operations teams.
  • Understanding of restaurant technology workflows — POS, ERP integration, digital ordering, self‑service kiosks, last‑mile delivery tech, inventory automation, and CRM analytics.

  • Enterprise Technology / SaaS Sales

  • Experience selling digital platforms

    (POS systems, order management software, AI analytics tools, ERP solutions, CRM or loyalty systems, IoT devices for kitchen automation).
  • Previous roles with tech vendors or integrators serving the food retail sector — companies like Oracle Micros, Toast, Lightspeed, Petpooja, GoFrugal, Square, and UrbanPiper.
  • Food Service Distribution or Equipment Sales

  • Exposure to hardware manufacturers (kiosks, digital menu boards, thermal printers, or display systems).

  • Understanding of installation cycles, support contracts, and procurement criteria within F&B enterprises.

  • Target Client Network / Contacts

    The professional should already maintain or have easy access to contacts within Delhi NCR’s organized food and beverage space—particularly:

    • Quick Service Restaurant Chains:

    • McDonald’s (Connaught Plaza Restaurants), Domino’s (Jubilant FoodWorks), KFC / Pizza Hut (Devyani International), Burger King, Wow! Momo / Wow! China, Rebel Foods.
    • Home‑grown Brands:

    • Haldiram’s Group, Bikanervala, Nando’s India, Biggies Burger, The Burger Club, Chaayos, Chai Point, Blue Tokai, Slay Coffee, Biryani Blues, Biryani by Kilo.
    • Café and Dessert Franchises:

    • Barista, Café Coffee Day, Theobroma, Keventers, Drunken Monkey, Frozen Bottle, Naturals, Smoor.
    • Large Food Retail Groups / Catering Clients:

    • DLF Hospitality, ITC Hotels F&B division, Radisson Restaurants Chain, PVR Cinemas F&B, Leisure Retail brands (Food Court operators like Sapphire Foods).
    • System Integration & Technology Stakeholders:

    • Regional IT Heads, CIOs, Procurement Leads, and Franchise Technology Managers in QSR and retail corporates.He or she should also possess

    • Aggregator Platforms:

       Zomato, Swiggy, ONDC vendors.
