Food Technology Intern (R&D)

Job Description

We are looking for a Food Technologist Intern to support our RD initiatives focused on innovative cooking automation projects like roti making, deep frying, dough preparation, and more. You will collaborate closely with our Food Intelligence Team, contributing to the development and testing of recipes, ingredient optimization, and assisting with AI-driven culinary applications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct experiments and assist in developing automated processes for food preparation, including roti making, dough mixing, and deep frying. Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate and test food technologies with Nosh s culinary systems. Provide input on recipe development and ingredient optimization for automated cooking. Support the AI team by providing food science insights for ingredient behavior analysis and doneness detection. Document RD experiments, gather data, and assist in analyzing results to refine processes. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety during food trials and testing. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Strong interest in food innovation and technology integration. Basic understanding of food chemistry, ingredient behavior, and cooking techniques. Hands-on experience with cooking, dough making, or recipe testing is a plus.
