Role & responsibilities Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies and Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients. Approach & open new potential user to build sales and or business agreement to achieve established sales and market share targets in the related channel and territory. Achieve all individual HORECA sales targets in the assigned area by maintaining and creating a close relationship with customers. Generate new and maintain existing customer relationships through various sales activities and create awareness of the hotel outlets and facilities through face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, site inspections etc. to ensure complete coverage of own portfolio of accounts and achieve set targets and maximum possible productivity. Ensure the product supply at all properties. Working with chef for market related activities /Promos/ Demo and new innovations. Develop different HORECA channels & distribution channel at surroundings areas. Business development and Revenue generation by meeting monthly & quarterly targets. Collection and analysis of competitor information and market intelligence. Conduct market promotional activities. Short application demo to clients/end users. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Graduate Excellent communication skill Problem solving ability Excellent Presentation Power Good team work ability Should be fluent in local, Hindi and English language
