Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy

  : Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and convert leads into regular clients.

• Customer Relationship

  : Manage client accounts, address inquiries, and resolve issues with product quality and delivery.

• Product Promotion

  : Educate clients on the benefits, usage, and storage of food products.

• Market Research

  : Monitor trends and competitor activity to find new growth opportunities.

• Order Management

  : Ensure timely order processing, accurate delivery, and inventory management.

• Reporting

  : Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

• Customer Support

  : Resolve product-related issues and offer solutions.

• Promotions

  : Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns for foodservice customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education

  : High school diploma (degree in business/food sciences preferred).

• Experience

  : 1-3 years in food sales (non-veg and veg).

• Skills

  : Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

• Additional

  : Knowledge of food safety and ability to manage CRM tools.
