Food Engineer (MTech, Consulting Background, 7+ Years’ Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced with a strong consulting background to join our dynamic team. If you have over 7 years of experience in the food engineering industry and are passionate about providing innovative solutions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consulting services in food processing and Agri Infrastructure projects including preparation of TEER/ DPR, Business plans project implementation.
• Lead and manage food engineering projects, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, process audits, and quality control assessments for food production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new food production units.
• Develop technical reports, presentations, and documentation for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in food processing.
• Manage team of professional management, design and subject matter specialists.
• Preparation of Bid/ Tender documents, bid estimates, bid process management for tendering.

Required Qualifications:

• MTech in Food Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
• 7+ years of experience in food processing, with a strong consulting background.
• Expertise in food process design, food safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Strong understanding of food production techniques, packaging, and preservation methods.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to food processing.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
