Job Title: Swiggy Delivery Boy / Delivery Partner Company: Swiggy (Food & Grocery Delivery) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance (Gig Work) Key Responsibilities:Pick up food or grocery orders from restaurants or stores. Deliver orders to customers safely and on time. Follow the navigation and instructions given in the Swiggy partner app. Check order accuracy at pickup points and handle items carefully. Collect cash from customers (for COD orders, if applicable). Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers. Update order status in the app after each step (pickup, on the way, delivered). Eligibility / Requirements:Minimum age: 18 years Education: Basic schooling (10th pass preferred but not compulsory) Must have: Android smartphone Own vehicle (bike/scooter or bicycle) Valid driving license (for bike/scooter riders) Aadhaar card / PAN card / Bank account Good understanding of local routes Physical Requirements:Ability to ride a bike, scooter, or bicycle for long distances Ability to lift packages (2–8 kg) Skills Required:Basic smartphone knowledge Time management Local area navigation skills Good communication and customer service Ability to work under time pressure Work Hours:Flexible shifts Part-time: 4–6 hours Full-time: 8–10 hours Extra demand during weekends, evenings, and festivals Earnings / Salary:Payment per order Incentives for peak hours, weekends, and high performance Distance-based earnings Fuel allowance (varies by city) Weekly payouts (Actual earnings depend on city and number of deliveries.)
