Description

The Food Court Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the food court, ensuring a high standard of service and food quality while meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the food court, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team.
Monitor food quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales.
Manage inventory and supply chain logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare financial reports and budgets, analyzing sales trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
