The Dunes Cochin is looking for Food & Beverages Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Plan and manage the food and beverage operations. Develop menus that meet customer needs and preferences, while also keeping in mind the budget and profitability of the organization. Ensure that food and beverage products are of high quality and that they are prepared and served according to established standards. Manage the budget of the food and beverage and ensure that costs are controlled, and revenues are maximized. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the food and beverage outlets and increase revenue. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that the outlets are adequately stocked with the necessary products and supplies. Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Maintain effective communication with other departments and personnel.
