Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Service Guest Service Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with excellent guest service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining records as needed.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate information to guests.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service, with a strong focus on guest service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic math skills, with accuracy and efficiency in handling cash transactions.
Familiarity with menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, enabling provision of accurate information to guests.
