Food & Beverage Executive

Role Overview: As a member of the team at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, your main responsibility will be to ensure that the staff works together cohesively to provide optimal service and meet guest needs. You will be in charge of inspecting staff grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, monitoring dining rooms, and completing work orders for maintenance repairs. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure staff works together effectively as a team - Inspect grooming and attire of staff and address any issues - Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking doors - Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being - Complete work orders for maintenance repairs - Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees - Follow company and safety policies and procedures - Maintain a clean and professional appearance - Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards - Develop positive working relationships with team members - Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards - Identify and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency and productivity - Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Qualifications Required: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience - Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience At JW Marriott, you will be part of a luxury portfolio of properties around the world where associates come first.
