Food & Baverage Service

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take food & beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
• Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints.
• Process bills, handle payments, and operate the POS.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Follow restaurant SOPs and safety guidelines.
