Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at Country Inn, Varanasi. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' needs and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to adapt to changing situations, remaining calm and composed.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including preparation and presentation techniques.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
