Conduct assessments and record data as outlined by the curriculum. Preferred candidate profile developing and delivering training programs for food and beverage staff within a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment, focusing on product knowledge, service standards, operational procedures, cash handling, and ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction, often including on-boarding new employees and ongoing performance coaching .
