Role & responsibilities a. Follow the overarching structure and flow of your programs curriculum. b. Prepare for effective delivery by understanding and personalizing session plans prior to class. c. Engage participants in active thinking and participation. d. Deliver instruction that is rigorous, relevant, and appropriate for adults. e. Conduct assessments and record data as outlined by the curriculum. Preferred candidate profile developing and delivering training programs for food and beverage staff within a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment, focusing on product knowledge, service standards, operational procedures, cash handling, and ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction, often including on-boarding new employees and ongoing performance coaching .
