Job Description

Greet and serve guests courteously. Take and deliver food & beverage orders accurately. Set up and clear tables efficiently. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in service areas. Handle billing and payments correctly. Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service. Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience. Attend team briefings and follow shift duties. Assist in stock checks and reporting shortages .
