Position Overview

The Senior Food & Beverage Service Staff member is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service. This role ensures high standards of service, team coordination, guest satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.

Service Operations

• Supervise and support daily operations of the F&B outlets.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Ensure timely delivery of food.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, service etiquette, and table settings.

Team Leadership

• Guide and assist junior service staff in performing their duties.
• Help with training new team members in service standards and resort protocols.
• Ensure smooth communication between service, kitchen, and management teams.

Quality & Standards

• Uphold the luxury resort’s service standards at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper ambiance in dining areas.
• Monitor food and beverage quality before serving guests.

Operational Support

• Assist in managing inventory of service equipment and supplies.
• Participate in special events and private dining arrangements.
• Support billing, POS operations, and cash handling as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury resort or fine-dining environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of service etiquette, menu presentation, and wine/ beverage basics.
• Ability to handle guest relations calmly and professionally.
• Leadership skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
