Operational Management: Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and events. Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff. Menu Development: Create and maintain menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences. Cost Control: Implement strategies to minimize food and beverage costs, including inventory management and vendor negotiation. Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service. Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, address dietary restrictions, and ensure a positive guest experience. Sales and Profitability: Implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations. Event Management: Coordinate with event planners for special functions and catering events. Financial Management: Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and track expenses. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and other departments.
