Roles and Responsibilities Ensure smooth operation of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafes, bars, room service, and banquets. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock. Maintain high-quality food safety and hygiene standards across all F&B operations. Develop menus that meet customer preferences and hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in Food & Beverage management or related field. Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices. Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction. Ability to work well under pressure during peak periods (e.g., holidays). Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient order taking and payment processing.
