Job Summary:The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests. They ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, maintaining high service standards, and creating a pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after service. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of service areas at all times. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service. Handle guest queries or complaints courteously and efficiently. Upsell menu items and make suggestions based on guest preferences. Maintain stock levels of service materials (cutlery, napkins, condiments, etc.). Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. Key Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service attitude Team player with a pleasant personality Basic knowledge of food & beverage items Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Qualification:High School/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café preferred
