Food and Beverage Assistant

As a Railway Lounge Guest Relations Executive, your role will involve expertise in all products & services offered at the lounge. You will be responsible for confidently explaining services to guests and effectively converting sales. Upselling existing lounge services to both existing and potential guests will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and take care of special guests - Check all equipment and furniture in the lounge for serviceability and maintenance requirements - Supervise reception staff and manage cash - Ensure procedures are carried out as per management approval - Plan and execute ordering when required - Maintain accountability of inventory for all supplies - Ensure standard checklists are followed for all lounge procedures - Update bills for grocery, vegetables, and dairy products in Excel daily - Clean and order supplies for the coffee machine - Keep your work areas clean throughout the day - Coordinate and multitask in a busy environment - Provide proper and complete handover to the next shift Qualifications Required: - Confidence in sales and upselling - Ability to multitask and coordinate job duties effectively - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Excellent communication skills - Prior experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred If you are looking for a full-time, permanent role with a flexible schedule, food provided, leave encashment, and paid time off benefits, this position at Mumbai Central Railway Station could be the perfect fit for you.
