Maximizing Service Level High Stock Availability % Low Wholesale Distributor Out-of-Stock % 2. Minimizing Distribution Cost Inventory Management Network Adherence % 3. Inventory Health Reduction of Ageing Inventory High Freshness Index % Slow/Obsolete Inventory to be zero PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES This role includes supply chain analytics and hence lot of data handling through MS Excel is involved Generate monthly production requirement based on Monthly forecast, Inventory norm, Production capacity & Annual business plan Plan shipments of Finished Goods from Factory to Hubs, HUBs to Warehouses or HUBs to HUBs based on the demand Ensure Inventory norms adherence by keeping sufficient stocks to at each node Regular coordination with Operations, Logistics, Sales & Marketing team to ensure fulfillment of demand and maximize service levels Plan, Produce and distribute New launch products as per NPD launch timeline in line with Marketing plan Historical data correction by considering market movement, product sale ability, trend and seasonality changes Uploading of estimates in the APO system, after final Consensus with required stakeholders such as Sales and Marketing team. Ensure correctness of master data in system for seamless data integration across multiple transactions Ideal Delivery Order generation basis the disaggregated forecast and cover norms decided at WSP & WD Nodes Perform a sanity check on the uploaded forecast numbers to eliminate errors due to any noises identified at downstream sales level as well as at system master data level Analyze overstocking/understocking at warehouses and discuss with Warehousing team to take appropriate action periodically to ensure freshness of inventory Identifying the root cause of Fill rate Drop at demand locations and take immediate corrective action Maintaining healthy freshness index of stocks by efficient management of Inventory and timely escalation of ageing stocks and taking actions such as reworking, redistribution to high selling location, proposing for write-off etc. Calculate forecast metrics, accuracy, bias fidelity, fill-rate and other KPIs on periodic basis Data preparation to facilitate monthly S&OP meetings and anchor accordingly in Pre-S&OP INTERNAL Senior Manager & Manager - Operations Manager & Associate Manager Transportation Manager & Regional Logistics Executives - Warehousing Regional Sales Team HO Sales Team EXTERNAL Warehouse Service Provider Wholesale Distributors Outsourced Factories QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE VBA Coding using MS Excel is an added advantage Must Have experience in to Demand Planning , Distribution Planning Demand forecasting Lot Wise pendency Stock Availability Aging inventory Absolute OOS vs Numeric OOS Pls share your updated cv seema.ots@gmail.com Thanks & Regards Seema Saviyo Assistant Manager Staffing seema.ots@gmail.com
