Position: Flutter Full-Stack Developer Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon Experience: Minimum 3 years Employment Type: Full-time (Working from Office) Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for the front-end and .Net technologies for the back-end. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of software development experience, focusing on Flutter and .Net technologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain mobile/web applications using the Flutter framework. Design and implement responsive user interfaces following UI/UX best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Integrate with backend services to support seamless data exchange and functionality. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and .Net technologies and best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Work closely with product managers and designers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Continuously optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Flutter for mobile application development. Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and the Flutter framework. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with .Net technologies, including C# and ASP.Net Core for backend development. Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server). Experience with RESTful API integration and third-party services. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
