Overview: We are seeking an experienced Junior Flutter Developer in the development and deployment of high-performance, scalable mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building apps using Flutter platform. This role demands a hands-on leader who can guide the team through the entire development lifecycle while actively contributing to code development and implementation. Job Description: Manage project timelines, set priorities, and provide technical guidance to the team. Design, build, and maintain reliable, efficient, and high-performance applications using Flutter. Ensure seamless integration of applications on both Android and iOS platforms. Code Quality Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, adhering to best practices in mobile development. Feature Implementation Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code while ensuring design consistency across devices. Optimize apps for maximum performance and scalability. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to develop new features and improve existing ones. Testing and Debugging Conduct thorough testing of applications, resolve performance issues, and fix bugs to deliver a smooth user experience. Stay Updated Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Flutter and mobile development to improve skills and application quality. Documentation Document code, processes, and project knowledge to support collaborative development. Qualifications Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience 2+ years in mobile app development (Android or iOS), with atleast 1.5 years in a Flutter development. Extensive experience in developing and releasing cross-platform apps using Flutter. Technical Skills Languages: Proficiency in Dart (Flutter) and familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C). Frameworks & Tools: Strong experience with Flutter SDK, Flutter Widgets, and Material Design principles. State Management: Expertise in state management approaches like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod. APIs: Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries. Testing: Knowledge of unit testing and Flutter integration testing frameworks. Version Control: Experience with Git and version control best practices. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Flutter Components: Experience with Animations, Custom Widgets, and advanced layouts. CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with continuous integration/delivery practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise). Performance Optimization: Knowledge of tools and techniques for profiling and optimizing Flutter apps. Dependency Injection: Familiarity with frameworks such as get it or Riverpod. Design Patterns: Strong understanding of MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
