Flutter Developer

Hey Job applicants,
We are hiring Flutter Developer for one of our esteemed client in the IT Industry for Surat location.Experience : 1-2 yearWork mode : Full time, On siteShift timings : 10:00 AM to 7:30 PMPs. Local Surat candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Designing and building high-performance, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter, Kotlin/Java, and Swift.
• Working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver robust solutions.
• Communicating directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Managing development tasks efficiently and taking initiative to identify, plan, and solve issues proactively.
• Handling bug fixes, performance improvements, and version updates with accountability.
• Staying up to date with new mobile technologies and implementing best practices to improve development efficiency.

Skills :

• Proven expertise in Flutter, with published apps or demonstrable project experience.
• Strong knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and design patterns (e.g., Provider, Bloc, MVVM).
• Solid knowledge of SQLite/Local Databases, offline storage, and data synchronization.
• Proficiency with Firebase services (Push Notifications, Analytics, Authentication, Crashlytics).
• Strong UI/UX sense and experience with adaptive layouts and responsive design.
• Experience working with Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Must be responsible, proactive, and dependable — takes ownership and does not make excuses when challenges arise.
• Capable of client communication, requirement clarification, and independent project handling.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies or frameworks as per project needs.
