Job Title: Flutter Developer (13 Years Experience) Overview: We are seeking a passionate Flutter Developer with 13 years of professional experience to join our team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. Working closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers, you'll deliver high-quality, robust, and user-centric apps. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, collaborate with a dynamic team, and help shape the future of our mobile products Key Responsibilities: Mobile App Development Develop responsive, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Implement new features, optimize existing functionalities, and ensure an excellent user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards. API Integration Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to enable smooth data flow between front-end and back-end services. Collaborate with backend teams to ensure efficient and secure communication layers. App Store & Play Store Management Manage the publishing process for Android and iOS apps, including updates and versioning. Troubleshoot issues, address app review feedback, and ensure compliance with store guidelines. Debugging & Performance Optimization Diagnose and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues within the application. Conduct unit, UI, and integration tests to maintain stable and scalable applications. Collaboration & Code Reviews Work closely with designers to implement engaging UI/UX. Participate in code reviews, share constructive feedback, and maintain consistent coding standards across the team. Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver features on schedule. Other Familiarity with automated build pipelines, CI/CD tools, and code quality checks. Experience with GraphQL or Node.js for backend integrations. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. app's Stay updated on the latest Flutter releases, packages, and industry trends. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the apps features and user experience. Qualifications: Experience : 13 years of hands-on experience developing and releasing Flutter applications. Technical Skills : Solid knowledge of Flutter and Dart . Familiarity with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications) is a plus. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. A basic understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is beneficial. Version Control : Proficient with Git workflows for branching, code reviews, and deployments. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication, and a collaborative mindset. Educational Background : A bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you have a solid portfolio and relevant experience.
