Role Overview — Paid Flutter Developer Trainee (Full-Time, 35+ hrs/week)

Trainee Flutter Developers

You’ll help build new features, improve app performance, integrate APIs, and ship fast iterations.

minimum weekly commitment of 35 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance cross-platform mobile apps using

  Flutter & Dart

• Build UI components following clean, scalable architecture
• Integrate REST APIs and real-time data sources
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and fix bugs
• Work closely with product and design teams to implement new features
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and rapid iterations
• Maintain clean code, documentation, and best practices
  

Nice to Have

• Foundational knowledge of

  Flutter, Dart

  , and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
• Experience building personal or demo Flutter apps
• Understanding of Firebase, local storage, or basic backend concepts
• Familiarity with Git or version control basics
• Interest in AI, automation, and mobile-first SaaS products
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
