About Fluenzu French Academy Fluenzu is a fast-growing online French academy led by Prof. Dr. Hari , a psychologist and native French speaker who has trained thousands of students worldwide for the TEF and TCF Canada examinations. Position Summary We are looking for passionate and qualified French professors from Tamil Nadu to join our freelance teaching team. Classes are held online via Zoom for students in Canada (primarily TEF Canada and TCF Canada preparation batches). Responsibilities Conduct interactive 1.5-hour French classes online (4–6 sessions per week). Follow Fluenzu’s structured curriculum and psychology-based teaching method. Provide regular feedback and class reports for each student. Maintain professional punctuality and communication with the academic team. Required Qualifications ✅ Minimum DELF B2 Certification ( DALF C1 preferred ). ✅ Strong speaking fluency and clear pronunciation in French. ✅ Good command of English (for explaining concepts when needed). ✅ Stable internet connection and quiet teaching environment. ✅ Professional ethics and commitment to teaching excellence. 🟠 Applications open only for candidates residing in Tamil Nadu. Bonus Criteria Prior experience teaching French to Indian students online. Familiarity with TEF Canada / TCF Canada exam formats. Knowledge of Zoom tools and Google Docs for lesson planning. Selection Process 1️⃣ Short-listed candidates will be asked to submit a 3-minute French speaking video (on any topic of choice) to evaluate fluency and communication style. 2️⃣ Followed by a brief Zoom interview with our academic director. 3️⃣ Final selection based on teaching style, attitude, and fit with Fluenzu’s culture.
