Interior Design Project Assistant (Smart Senior Intern / Associate Designer) Company Description We are working on the interiors of a new high-end residential apartment in Mumbai (Worli). The project is being led by an established interior designer, and we are looking for a project assistant to support research, sourcing, vendor coordination, and daily site follow-ups. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to both the creative and execution sides of a 3000 sq. ft. luxury residential project . Role Description This is a part-time, project-based role (approx. 30 hours/week, Mumbai-based). The Interior Design Project Assistant will: Assist with design research, space planning inputs, and creating mood boards Source materials, furniture, furnishings, and décor items through market/vendor visits Support the lead interior designer in coordinating with contractors and vendors Document design options, prepare comparisons, and ensure selections are aligned with the vision Visit the site regularly for progress check-ins and share updates Streamline communication between the homeowner, designer, and vendors Assist in the architectural development of the residential space from start to finish Qualifications Final-year or master’s student in Interior Design/Architecture (senior intern) OR up to 1–2 years of professional experience (junior designer) Strong sense of design, detail, and aesthetics Proficiency in space planning and creating mood boards; knowledge of floor plans a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Proactive, reliable, and comfortable with vendor interactions and on-site coordination Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Canva) is a plus Position : Part-time (~30 hours per week) Remuneration : Well-compensated On Completion : Letter of Recommendation + Experience Certificate Contact Details 📩 Contact: gunjan@flourishbygunjanjain.com 📱 WhatsApp: 98310 64113 ✨ Closing Note If you are passionate about interiors and eager to gain hands-on exposure to an exciting luxury residential project, we’d love to hear from you.
