Floor Supervisor (Hospital)

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your role involves assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met. You will be responsible for scheduling staff shifts, organizing replacements as required, and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service. Additionally, you will provide training to the housekeeping staff, take regular inventory of cleaning supplies, and order stock as needed. Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff, screening applicants, and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals are also part of your key responsibilities. In instances of staff shortages, you may need to perform various cleaning duties. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or any degree - Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience - Working knowledge of housekeeping - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask - Willingness to work night shifts - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Effective communication skills Please note that this is a full-time job and the work location is in person.,
