Roles and Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Gynecological ward. Monitor and record patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families regarding patient status. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in NICU or Gynae Ward. B.Sc / Diploma degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of neonatology, pediatrics, gynecology, gynae ward operations, and related fields.
