Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily operations at our diagnostic center. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth customer service and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise front desk and support staff
Ensure excellent patient service and efficient workflow
Drive sales and marketing efforts to increase businessMaintain records and coordinate with the management team
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing✔ Strong leadership and communication skills✔ Experience in healthcare or diagnostics is a plus
