Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management : Oversee the day-to-day activities on the floor, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Team Supervision: Lead and support team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing feedback and implementing improvements as necessary. Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvement and collaborate with management to implement best practices. Training and Onboarding: Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they understand processes and expectations. Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve them quickly and effectively. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of floor activities and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on operational goals and customer satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. 2 to 4 years of experience in floor management from BPO industry or collection. Managing and Supervising the tele-calling team, Ensuring a smooth flow of work. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Candidate has to be well-spoken and comfortable in stakeholder management . Proficiency in using operational software and tools. Ability to analyse data and identify trends for improvement.
