Skills and Experience

  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail setting, clothing store, or customer service role is highly valued.
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong service orientation, active listening, and a pleasant personality are crucial for greeting customers and handling inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to multitask, manage a tidy reception area, handle administrative tasks, and manage appointments are important organizational skills.
  • Product Knowledge: A good understanding of different textile materials, fabric types, and current fashion trends is beneficial for assisting customers.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities :

  • Warmly greeting and assisting customers upon arrival.
  • Escorting customers around the store and making them comfortable.
  • Providing detailed product information and answering queries.
  • Supporting sales staff and ensuring the showroom is well-presented.
  • Collecting customer feedback and managing customer relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
