Flexographic Printing Operator

Organisation is leading Printing and Packaging Industry Located at Moraiya, Ahmedabad.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Printing Technology or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience operating Flexographic Printing Machines (e.g., CI Flexo, Stack Type, or Narrow Web).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Skills:

• Proficient in flexographic printing techniques
• Experience with machine operation and setup
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Basic machine maintenance skills
• Knowledge of quality control and printing standards
• Machine Setup & Operation:
• Prepare and set up the flexographic printing machine according to job specifications (color, size, material, and design).
• Mount printing plates and adjust registration, tension, and pressure.
• Mix inks and match colors to customer requirements.
• Production Management:
• Run production jobs efficiently while maintaining consistent print quality.
• Monitor print runs for defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials to minimize waste.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct routine inspections of printed materials to ensure quality and color consistency.
• Follow company quality assurance and ISO standards.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Perform daily and preventive maintenance on the printing machines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance staff when needed.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Record production data, job details, and maintenance logs accurately.
• Report material usage and wastage to the production supervisor.
• Safety & Housekeeping:
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
