The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding customers through site visits, and closing sales in our Sarjapura projects. --- Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, explain project details, and schedule site visits. Conduct project presentations and ensure excellent customer experience. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, and follow-ups. Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and new project launches. Maintain accurate data of leads, site visits, and closures. --- Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions. Proficiency in using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and basic MS Office. Two-wheeler preferred for client visits (allowances as per company policy).
