Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Fixed Income Sales for Institutions at A. K. Capital Services Ltd. located in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with Institutions (Banks, Retirement Funds and Corporate Treasuries) to drive sales and provide financial solutions in the Fixed Income Market Segment. Job Title / Designation: Management Trainee - RRC Placement Travel Required: Yes – Domestic Base Location: Mumbai Qualifications Essential – Pursuing or Completed MBA / MMS / PGDM - Finance Key Skills Required: Relationship Management – High on interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word & PPT Self Driven with a Go-Getter Attitude Ability to work independently & manage, prioritise & execute multiple tasks simultaneously Strong analytical and communication skills - Oral and Written Key Responsibilities / Job Description: Placement of NCDs (Bonds), Govt Securities & other fixed income products across institutional clients (Retirement Benefit Funds, Corporate Treasuries, Banks, FIs, Charitable Institutions) Explore & onboard uncatered clients Ensure regular interaction & servicing of allocated clients Handle key relationships across hierarchies – Senior Management to Operational personnel Prepare regular reports related to the Fixed Income Market Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the debt market Pitch & place new products / structures or initiate concept sales & convert prospective clients Show more Show less
