Join MSBC as a FIX Onboarding Specialist β Deliver Seamless Client Experiences in Capital Markets MSBC is looking for an experienced and proactive Fixed Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients in capital markets, trading, and fintech environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring that client onboarding is compliant, timely, and frictionless by coordinating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your domain expertise. Key Tools & Knowledge Areas : Capital Markets & Trading Platforms β Strong domain knowledge across asset classes ( FIX Protocol is a Must ) Compliance & Regulatory β KYC, AML, SEBI, MIFID, and similar frameworks Client Engagement β CRM tools and onboarding management platforms Product Knowledge β Account setup, trade permissions, and entitlements Project Coordination β Multi-stakeholder collaboration across departments Key Responsibilities : Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for institutional and HNI clients in the capital markets domain Coordinate with internal departments (Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Tech) to ensure timely onboarding Collect, validate, and maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, etc.) Ensure accurate configuration of client accounts, trade permissions, and entitlements in internal systems Deliver onboarding training or platform walkthroughs to new clients Proactively track onboarding progress, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders updated Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and enhance client satisfaction Work in alignment with global client schedules and deliverables Required Skills and Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in onboarding, client implementation, or operational roles within capital markets, trading, or fintech Deep understanding of financial products, institutional trading workflows, and compliance requirements Proven track record of managing onboarding for institutional or high-net-worth clients Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously Hands-on experience with MS Office, CRMs, and onboarding platforms Flexibility to work across time zones. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field Professional certifications such as NISM, CFA (Level 1), or equivalent are a strong plus Note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role may require coordination with international clients.
