Job Title : Fitter / Technician Department: Utility / Mechanical Location: Jolva, Dahej, Gujarat Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Trainee, Fitters, Technician in our plant operations. The ideal candidates will have basic technical or vocational training (12th pass, or ITI and will be trained for maintenance tasks. Available Roles & Key Responsibilities: Fitter (ITI Fitter / Maintenance Assistant) : Perform mechanical maintenance, repair, and installation of plant equipment. Carry out routine inspections, greasing, tightening, and alignment tasks. Support emergency breakdown repairs under the guidance of the Maintenance In-charge. Maintain tools and workshop cleanliness. Follow safety guidelines during maintenance work. Eligibility Criteria: Education: ITI (Fitter, Mechanical, or equivalent trade) Experience: Fresher & Exp in a production Skills & Attributes: Willingness to work in shifts Physically fit and alert Good attitude, teamwork, and responsibility Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/05/2025
