Role & responsibilities 1. Bench Fitter 2. Structural Fitter 3. Knowledge of drawing reading, cutting tools and parameters 4. Maintaining data sheets for cycle time analysis and cycle time reduction 5. Knowledge of handling tools like Electrical grinder, weld shaver, different files, hand drilling m/c, Riveting M/c , pipe bender, pipe cutting too 6.Knowledge of measuring instrument.(Tape, Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, Filler gauge.) will be an added advantage 7. Identifying and implementing Kaizens for productivity improvement 8. Preparing of in process inspection reports, SOPs, TPM Charts 9. Awareness of quality systems like AS9100, OHSE 10. TPM and Housekeeping 11.
