Company Description P. R. Engineering Works specialise in providing the High Voltage Isolator, an industrial-grade switchgear engineered to the highest safety standards for safeguarding electrical infrastructure. The isolator is designed to disconnect high voltage circuits up to 400 KV, with a rugged, weatherproof enclosure for outdoor installations. It prevents short circuits, electrical fires, and other hazards, making it essential for utility substations, manufacturing facilities, and industrial sites. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitter/Welder at P. R. Engineering Works located in Haora. The Fitter/Welder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with fitting and welding tasks related to the High Voltage Isolator and other industrial equipment. Qualifications Experience in welding and fitting industrial equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience working with industrial-grade materials and tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Certification in welding or relevant field is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team Candidates should be located in and around Kolkata and Howrah.
