Qualification: ITI – Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical or Tool & Die

Experience: 1 to 10 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform routine and preventive maintenance of dies used in alloy wheel production

* Disassemble, clean, repair, and assemble dies and moulds

* Identify die damages and carry out polishing, welding, and finishing work

* Support in die trial and fitting during production setup

* Maintain die maintenance records and ensure availability of spares

* Coordinate with production and tool room teams for smooth operations

* Follow safety standards and maintain 5S in the work area

Key Skills:

* Knowledge of die fitting, alignment, and assembly

* Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

* Ability to read engineering drawings

* Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Shift: Rotational
