1. FITNESS TRAINERResponsibilities:

• Guide members with correct workout techniques and safe exercise form
• Create customised workout plans based on client goals (fat loss, muscle gain, general fitness)
• Perform fitness assessments and track members’ progress
• Maintain floor supervision and ensure gym rules & safety standards
• Motivate members to stay consistent and achieve results
• Maintain cleanliness and proper equipment usage
• Assist with group classes if required
• Build strong client relationships for retention and training sessions upsell

Requirements:

• Certification in fitness training (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Passion for fitness & helping people

2. SALES EXECUTIVE (Gym Memberships)Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into memberships
• Explain membership plans, pricing, and offers to walk-in clients
• Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads
• Give gym tours to prospects and explain benefits
• Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships & PT sessions
• Maintain data of prospects and daily sales reports
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth onboarding
• Deliver excellent customer service & maintain a friendly environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Confidence in sales and customer handling
• Ability to work towards goals and meet deadlines
